Anne Linder brings extensive experience in corporate law and transactional strategy to each client. With a background rooted in litigation and over a decade of corporate experience, she serves as a strategic partner to business owners who require more than just document drafting.
As a woman-owned firm, Core Counsel is particularly committed to supporting the growth of women-led enterprises. We understand the unique challenges of scaling a business and provide the legal framework necessary to protect assets, mitigate risk, and secure financial futures.
Outside of work, Anne can be found spending time with her family, including Ruth Bailey Ginsbark the golden retriever, skiing, seeking new wine and food adventures, travel, and rooting for the Michigan Wolverines.
